腸病毒七十一型致病機轉:
目前已建立腸病毒口服感染小鼠的動物實驗模式 (Wang, 2001),對於腸病毒七十一型經過腸道散佈到週邊及中樞神經以及造成肺水腫的臨床症狀之機轉也有初步的瞭解,未來將進一步探討宿主感染腸病毒後的各種免疫反應。
