       免疫學、過敏免疫學、微菌叢及益生菌在過敏性疾病的作用、微菌叢研究

研究興趣

微菌叢在人體免疫功能中扮演重要角色,過敏性疾病和黏膜發炎等代謝相關疾病的免疫功能異常通常與腸道微生物的紊亂有關。因此,探討微菌叢如何調控黏膜免疫發炎已成為預防和治療這些疾病的重點研究課題。本實驗室專注於過敏及黏膜發炎疾病,基於過去開發益生菌蛋白改善過敏性氣喘及研究環境微生物暴露引發過敏性發炎加劇的成果,進一步擴展至黏膜發炎疾病,探討微菌叢與宿主黏膜免疫的相互作用。

實驗室主要研究方向:

  1. 研究益生菌或有益共生菌在改善過敏及黏膜發炎疾病中的作用機制。

  2. 開發控制免疫代謝的策略,以應用於治療過敏及黏膜發炎疾病。

  3. 將微菌叢的變化作為疾病的生物標記,並開發微菌叢移植治療過敏及黏膜發炎疾病的方法。
