研究興趣
病毒會因應不同演化壓力迅速改變以適應環境。我們利用定向病毒演化研究病毒如何獲得特定功能，並藉此操控病毒的特性。我們利用這種方法探討病毒的致病機制、鑑定毒力因子，並開發活性減毒活疫苗以及新的抗病毒技術。
