研究興趣

登革病毒感染是以節肢動物傳播的病毒疾病中主要的原因之一。截至目前為止,尚無針對登革病毒的抗病毒藥物或治療方法獲得許可。病毒蛋白中的非結構性蛋白1 (NS1) 在登革病毒感染中扮演重要角色;細胞內的角色有幫助病毒複製和病毒顆粒的產生,細胞外的角色則是參與在血漿滲漏與免疫逃避。因此,我的研究興趣專注於非結構性蛋白1的致病機制與發展具潛力的臨床應用。

實驗室主要研究方向為:

  • 非結構性蛋白1在調控細胞內環境恆定的角色。
  • 非結構性蛋白1的分泌路徑。
  • 以非結構性蛋白1為基礎,發展有效且可廣泛應用的次單位疫苗與治療性抗體。
